RFP Compliance Assessment

The original 15-criterion assessment process, with traceable source excerpts, consistent published weights, vendor/file reconciliation, and explicit uncertainty. The browser processes selected files locally; source documents are not uploaded by this page.

1Load vendor submissions

Choose the rfp_submissions folder from the professor’s example repository, or select all files under vendor folders. Folder paths are used to group files by vendor. Supported: PDF, DOCX, Markdown, TXT, CSV. PDF and DOCX extraction use browser libraries loaded from public CDNs; if those libraries fail to load, those files are explicitly marked unprocessed.

No files selected. Nothing has been assessed.

Assessment rules and controls

Published scoring

  • Administrative A1–A5: 5 points each (25)
  • Technical T1–T5: 15 points each (75)
  • Security S1–S5: 10 points each (50)
  • Passing threshold: 120/150
  • Disqualification rule: 3 or more administrative requirements not fully met

Reliability improvements

  • Each criterion shows its matched source file and excerpt.
  • Scoring denominator is fixed at 150 for every vendor.
  • Vendor and file counts are reconciled against generated reports.
  • Unreadable files, missing evidence and incomplete batches are surfaced.
  • Final interpretation and disqualification remain subject to human review.
Important: This is a deterministic first-pass assessment of text and filenames. It does not authenticate SOC 2/CJIS certificates, prove the vendor owns a capability, independently verify references, or replace the Cloudera Agent Studio workflow. Partial scoring is a transparent screening convention because the published summary does not specify a partial-credit formula.
